I always wanted to be in the fitness world. As a teenager I wasn't fit, and in top of everything I was an overweight causing me problems with my knees and health overall.
Between college and work my dream took a back seat, years went by, back then I dint had a healthy diet, I was constantly sick couldn't keep any food down, until the doctor told me I needed to change my eating habits quick because I was heading to have an ulcer at the young age of 24. It was my wakeup call and life’s way to get me back on track to achieve my dream.
I became an aerobics instructor and personal trainer and in less than a year I was giving classes, training people and loving it!It wasn't until 6 years later that I decided to train for my first show. I remember quitting my job as a sales representative with a bachelor degree in communications and a master's degree in management and open my own gym and haven't stop working as a personal trainer. I won my first show as a bodybuilder and ever since I haven't stop competing.
